Mirror, mirror on the wall

by Tangible heartache   Jul 31, 2008

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Why do you tell such lies??
Your there mocking her
As she starts to cry

You watch her take off her mask
And crumble to the floor
You watch her take out her knife
And lock the door

You don't say anything as she starts to cut
Her sweet blood falls
There on to the cold tile floor
As she slumps on the wall

Mirror, mirror on the wall
Why do start to mock her??
Watching her hurt herself
She is hurting you see??

You're the only one who knows
As she screams and yell
But sadly you stare at her,
You don't tell

She's hurting inside
Waiting for someone to come
Look at her and say
"Look what you've done!"

Someone to see her fake smile
And see her real tears
And ask her
"What's been happening all these years?"

I am waiting
For some to see
That that girl
Is really me.
