There comes a time where you have to let go
A time where you should not let your feelings show
A time where you head knows better than your heart
and a time to realize that you are better apart

A time to say goodbye and walk away
without having to look back that way
There comes a time you have to accept what you cannot change
change what you cannot accept
without having to be in someone's debt

A time where you should make peace with within
begin a new start, to a new life
and not worry about what you left behind

There comes a time to let go
move forward and smile
no matter how hard it seems to go that extra mile
A time to do what you can,
become your own personal fan

A time to love yourself
A time where you can carry on without asking for any help
A time where you can take pride
For leaving him on the side

There comes a time where you realize its okay to let go
Then walk away and smile without letting him know
that you love will always be there
something special that you once shared
something that once was "us"
is now known as something considered a phase

When you look back and it all seems vague
then you know that the time has come and its now!
