I tell him I'm happy for him when he comes to say goodbye.
He tells me he will be back in a little while as I start to cry.
He tells me there is no reason to cry.
He says I'll be fine.
I start to cry harder and I turn and whisper
"I love you. Please Don't Leave Me"
He says he doesn't want to leave but this will be an opprotunity to find out if our love is strong.
He turns and heads for the car.
As I stand there and watch his tail lights dissapear.
I realize my heart is broken and will never be whole again until he comes home because he has half of it.
