The Master Of Illusion- Herman Mudgett (serial killer)

by LitxUpxWithxLife   Aug 2, 2008

!!!!*This is the tale of Herman Mudgett, a REAL serial killer*!!!!

Into my hotel I want you to come.
I'll finesse you with caviar and with rum.
I'll wait in the dark until you are asleep.
Then creep into your room without even a peep.
Not that it matters, no one can hear you scream.
The tortures that befall you will seem like a dream.
Next, to my "operation room" we'll go.
All of your bodies aligned in a row.
You will be my precious, little guinea pig.
And after you're dead your grave I won't dig.
Into my inferno your body will surely go.
To erase all the evidence so no one will ever know.

*This poem was inspired after I read a list of the top ten serial killers of all time, Herman Mudgett was mentioned on this site. And i decided to write a poem on his killing M.O.*

That was intense and you recreated the story nicely with the imagery you put into the readers head. I almost felt I was there with the painted picture from your words. Even his name is creepy haha Nice job 5/5 GG23
