What Do You Want From Me (Unforsaken Sin, Forgive)

by Singthesorrow   Aug 3, 2008

Your thoughts unspoken.
Your goals unclear.
Yet you yearn to play this game.

It's nothing more than hunt and kill.
A helpless mouse, in a maze of claws and teeth.
You've gotten the taste of blood.

Unwilling commands become so intentional.
This isn't me, what have I done?
What do you want, from this helpless mouse?

Control has made me lost in my own mind.
This isn't real, this isn't true.
It's hard to view though this haze.

I have nothing.
Nothing to show, nothing to prove.
Only the empty rage you left behind in my heart.
My unforsaken sin.

You've left me stranded in the dark.
No light from your words have shone upon me.
Left,
For my worst nightmare to devour me alive.

These actions seem to travel,
The unpaved road to my heart.
Unlocking secrets.
It's so corrosive.
Poisoning my love.
