You told me you cared
Was that a lie??
Should I have believed you??
Did you mean to make me cry??

I trusted you
Because you were my boyfriend
I thought that I could
But that trust had to end

Though it wasn't a big one
I told you in pure trust
I don't know what to say
I feel like blown away dust

I really do love you
And that's not going to change
I wish it could
But that hate is out of range

As much as I'd love to hate you
For all that you've put me through
I love you too much
To just give up on you

So tell me what to do
Tell me where to go
I'm not sure where I am
Or where I want to go

All I know is that I love you
And am trying to do what's best
But without you
I fear to everyone, I'll be a pest

So as I write you this poem
I'm asking what to do
I need to know
Do you like me as I like you??
