Dreaming

by Carolina   Aug 4, 2008

You softly intertwine our fingers,
And gently caress my hand.
My need for you lingers,
What is to come is so unplanned.
Dreaming.

You lead me to your room,
And look back to make sure I'm okay.
I realize what is about to happen soon,
And I don't think I have the guts to say ''no way''.
Dreaming.

You begin to lock the door,
And smile at me with unsure eyes.
The lust between me and you is becoming more,
And you take me to your bed to my surprise.
Dreaming.

You whisper the question I've been waiting to hear,
''Are you ready?''.
I nod my head yes as you coax my ear,
I feel your hands all unsteady.
Dreaming.

I arise out of bed shaken from that dream,
That I know will never come true.
Instead of getting up as it would seem,
I'm going back to sleep thinking of you.
Dreaming.
