Superman

They call him Superman
For all the wrong reasons
I call him Superman
For all he is
Not for all he does
The way he cares
Will always be there
He holds my hand and never lets go
When he is there
Holding me near
I know I'm safe
He takes my fears
Until there is nothing more
They call him Superman
For what he does
Not who he is
But for all he is
For everything that makes
Him real He is my Superman
