More Than Fine

by Fanny   Aug 4, 2008

If you could sing, would you sing me a song?
If you could write poems, would you write to me?
If you knew what was right, would you know this is wrong?
If you could give a flower, would you give me a rose?
If you wanted to talk, would we have a chat?
If you could kiss any girl, would I be the girl you chose?
If you could belong to any one, would you be mine?
If you knew everything was going to be okay, would you and i be more than fine?

"If you knew what was right, would you know this is wrong?"
My favorite line, I'm not sure why, perhaps it just shouts out at me the most.

And starting each line with "If you" was a very clever layout of the poem. I liked it.

One more thing.. dont stop writing!
You've definetly been given the gift of words, learn how to use that to your advantage.
Its already coming along very well, obviously with such a nice write.

I liked this one. it was easy to follow with each verse starting with "If you". and i liked how the title did not make much sense until the last line. it made a nice lasting ending effect that i think added a nice touch.
