Killer dream

by Amber   Aug 7, 2008

Tonight lying in my bed, thoughts
of him slowly crept their way
into my dream. Showing him and
I watching the sunset by the bay.

I would be laying there in his
arms staring into his crystal
eyes. Then I'd move in for a kiss
and it felt like we shot a pistol.

The kiss would leave me breathless,
heart pumping about a million miles
per hour, leaving us both sitting
there with smiles.

I would turn my face towards the sky
and blush. Then once again you
grabbed me and kiss me again,
taking away all my feelings of blue.

We would sit there under the sunset,
arms wrapped around one another,
watching it set off into the bay,
while with love we would smother.

Soon I wake up crying and wishing you
were mine. But I know it was just a dream.
My heart dies, but doesn't awake. I lay here
dead smiling with gleam.
