Bring Me Home (to you…)

by MelodyNeha   Aug 7, 2008

Cloud number nine is almost heaven,
but a fall from it leaves me drowned,
all of the wrong is forgiven,
as always with you around.

Reach the sky above
fall deep in the blue,
you call out with love,
and bring me home back to you.

With all the adventures on my map,
my journey ends in your arms.
I have never succumb to pressure,
when almost caved in your there to reassure.

Reach the sky above
fall deep in the blue,
you call out with love,
and bring me home back to you.

Lonliness creeps in amidst the crowd,
holding my silence I could scream aloud,
then our eyes meet eachother
faith calms me within and to you I surrender.

You call out with love
keep calling forever.
Draw me back
and bring me home alas!!

    Hi...
overall it's a good poem. though sometimes rhyme seemed not perfect. also repetition of stanza is not good for poem as i feel. it's not lyrics so repetition of a stanza is unnecessary.
i liked this one. but you can make it better. good luck!
