Teardrops of my soul
fall endlessly to the ground
and mingle with the
blood drops from my broken heart
that drips silently from the pain
i take this concoction
and bring the toxic liquid to my lips
As the suffused blood reenters my body
I once again feel all the hurt and pain
my soul has felt these last frw months
i feel the agony pump through my veins
like an adrelanine shot straight to my brain
but worst of all,
i feel you
i feel your touch against mine
i feel your lips and tongue against my mouth
I feel you inside of me
wanting it so badly
yet denied
I feel the warmth of your breath on my neck
and gentleness in your caress
with each taste of my posion
I am jolted with the memory of it all.
And my soul weakens a little more
my heart crumbles a bit further
until finally
i am lying within
this noxious potion of mine
all alone
with only thoughts
of us in my head
to accompany me throughout this hopeless night
yet one day the stars will shine
and my unhealthy mixture
shall cease to exist
along with my feelings towards you
however until then
i'll tak the pain in stride
Bear the hurt with pride
i'll cry and bleed myslef to sleep,
Dream of you,
and wait for the stars...
