Awh, this is so sad, yet so true. I tend to over think alot nad it gets me nowhere but in tears. The first few lines in this hit me the hardest.

This was a really good piece. I feel as though this is more prose than poetry, however. Everything you've written is completely true. The more you think about something, the more it will bother or upset you.

"Thoughts will eat away at the brain like acid burning flesh and bones."

-- WOW! That one line is.. mindblowing. I love it.

I really like your style in writing poems. Your poems really amazes me. Anyway I like the lesson/meaning behind this poem. Most people know this because they have felt it before (They overthink things that are not important)

Your two poems really inspired me. 'I will not look back' and this poem. The theme of this poem and that poem is really inspiring - (moving on, in life.)
