A thousand faces,
A thousand smiles,
yet you never seem,
to emerge in sight.

In a peaceful country;
so far apart,
but i know i've got you,
engraved in heart.

The difference in us,
are merely numbers:
time, days, hours, minutes.
The similarities,
countless.

If only things were different;
the way we want them to be.
