Morning Raindrops

by Poet on the Piano   Aug 10, 2008

Light rain drizzles throughout the humid morning air,
Awakening the sleepy world to the beautiful dawn of day.
Refreshing liquid falls ever so smoothly, rejuvenating me,
As the coldness emerges from the droplets, chilling my skin.
Twirling and jumping about, my body begins to happily rejoice,
A perfect moment where my heart and soul are joyfully entranced.
