Blue sun rays and red-orange rain

by Throwin Shapes   Aug 10, 2008

They serenaded the water until it dripped shades of orange
and each ripple shined the brightest yellow
the grass turned red and the flowers bloomed green
as they fed off the blue sun rays and red-orange rain
no one knew when to stop
no one knew when to go
all they did was fear the possibility of black snow
fear that came from all the nothing that they now know
hopefully they'll notice the glow from all the potential
and remember how plans before were only detrimental
