Demons

by Kuro   Aug 11, 2008

Feeling regret from your sins
Feeds to the torment and then it begins
To consume all your thoughts
Changes your goals that you have sought

Giving up, giving in
To the hatred built within
Hearts become deeply heavy
Morals seem weak and petty

Something self-created can only be self-destroyed
Once it's don it leaves a void
The scars remain, never forget
You were the cause of your own torment

You regret your choices
Stop listening to the voices
Telling you what to do
They don't care about you

We all have our demons that we face
If you ignore them you'll be a disgrace
To all you stand for and why you've been fighting
They will bring you down or die trying
