I want to love

I see couples everywhere
looking at each other with that stare
the one that says i love you with all my heart
im so jealous of them i dont know where to start

i just wish i had someone like they do
someone i could love and open my heart to
why is it so hard to find someone that loves you
and that will stay during hard times too

i just have so much to offer and to give
but there's no one that will take it
and if there is, she's so hard to find
i wish i had a clue of some kind

all i know is that when i find that perfect girl
ill love her like no one has ever before
there will be hugs and kisses every day
i will give her every reason to stay

i know she is out there in some place
if only there was a trace
every night as i stare at the moon
i just hope i can find her soon
