Why Does Love Have To Change?

All my life
I often wonder,
Why does love have to change?

You believe you found this one,
special person, whom
you want to spend the rest
of your life with.
But, then they say they
have had thoughts about another.
That is the way to say,
"I have found another."
It hurts you deep, deep inside
your broken heart.
Why does love have to change?

You wanted to be with this one,
special person.
You have to realize,
there are many others out there.

But, wherever I go,
I will always have thoughts of you.
I will love you always,
even though you took my love for granted.
I often wonder, "Why does love have to change?"
