I really liked this poem, mainly because it could just as easily have been written by myself and so it obviously hits a nerve and I can definitely sympathize. Looks like you have a couple of typos in there, where bed hits the pillow I'm sure was meant to be head and a later line that is written as walked looks like it should be walk. No big deal, it can be tough to think clearly when you're missing the one you love. Anyway, nice work.
