If only you could understand why i do what i do sometimes,
sometimes i do them because it's not a want but a need.
If only you could understand i sometimes need my time,
to just be me and to feel free i'm not trying to neglect you.
If only you could handle things better,
then maybe i wouldn't be so confused.
If only you knew how strong my love really is for you,
maybe you would trust me more than you do.
If only you could realise,
we can't have all the exact interests life would be boring then,
that's why sometimes i need to go out with my friends,
I try to get you involved,
even take you to shoots,
can't you see i'm doing what i can,
to spend as much time as i can with you,
and even tho i love you,
i won't go on this way,
not going to give up everything i want to do,
just to make you happy,
i can't help who my friends are even if you don't like it,
i don't care because they are a part of me,
not going to just let go of him,
unless it's on my own terms,
so as doom hour gets closer,
i try to workout what i'm going to say to you,
all this wouldn't be happening....
if only you would try to understand,
