Dieing Desire

by Krissymkitty   Aug 13, 2008

The razor slides
Across my wrist
The black and blue bruises
From many fists

Worthless and broken
My heart still beats
Fallen and beaten
I stand on my feet

Standing tall
Trying to hide my defeat
The crows start to gnaw
On my weakened body

My mind has won
As the rope I have hung
Will soon ring my neck
As I take my last breath from each lung

Gasping for air
I fade away
Put in the ground
Forever I will lay...
