Flight

by ALEX   Aug 14, 2008

Send me off into the sky
together we might truly fly.
On wings of love,
we soar above
this haze of giddy joy and hope.

Throw me down into the moss,
our fragile wings and flight, our loss.
On this soft earth,
you're my rebirth;
our skin scrubbed pink with nature's soap.

    Very nice. I liked that a lot. Not many people use that style on this site, but I must say you did a great job. I really liked your rhymes. Fantastic work.
