This boy i love

I got a phone call about 1 month ago
i picked it up i didnt know what it was about
it was a boy i used to love that moved away
my heart dropped i didnt know what to say
he said he was back for the summer
and if we could meet?
i was so shocked i could barely speak
we got together and talked like old times
it was really hard to see his face again
it took long enough for my heart to mend
i knew i had a boyfriend but that didnt cross my mind
all i could think about was our fun time
he tells me he knows he is leaving again
but never stopped loving me
i knew i loved him but it could never be
i told him i couldnt wait
he saidd he knows me and him are fait
i want to believe him but i dont know if i can
its to hard to deal its to hard to bare
he left saying i was everything to him and we will be together some day
i was left sitting here crying with nothing to say.
