A Bottomless Pit...

Stuck in a bottomless pit,

Looking up, as to where to climb, and as where to go,

Memorizing the steps someone took and how they got there

Theres no way to get out...

No matter how much and how hard they try.

Sitting down on the rocky ground, Face to knees...crying on ripped sleeves...

No reception...phones dead.

Remembering the past...and how fast it didnt last...

Crying from throughout the pit

Seeks a place to hide && get away.

While the girl has to stay,

Sobbing and whining...

Tantrum and attitude...

Breaks free...from within,

A tint of life showers on the skin, and awakens the spirit,

Eyes open and mouth closed

Life awakens and heart glows

No longer stuck in a bottomless pit,

This made their day, when an angel came and saved them from being stray,

Thank yous and hugs fly across the room...

Smiles and laughter seek revenge on life because of being kept away

The girl no longer has to stay

She moves on...and starts a new, fresh day

& so she finds happiness and sorrow

Regret and pain,

But knows that she will always stay the same...

She lays in bed and goes to sleep

Dreams about a time when her knees got so weak

Night passed, and she never woke up,

She passed with a smile on her face...and dreams floating...

Whispers in the night, replays her story........One more time.......
....
Stuck in a bottomless pit,

Looking up, as to where to climb and as to where to go,

She makes it out...

And awakens to snow...
