Cries To God

Have you ever heard the song that goes like this -
Jesus loves me, yes I know, for the Bible tells me so.

Well, if he loves me so much then why is my life the way it is?

I cry every night.
I try so hard not to cut,
but sometimes temptation is too sweet.

I look at myself in the mirror,
and see that little girl I use to be,
screaming, trying to escape.
