Its funny how our friendship was so strong and could never be broken
not even being 4 towns apart could tear us apart
we thought it was always meant to be
But than the one who brought us all together had changed in the blink of an eye
all for a guy she thinks loves her back
The tension started that moment she said yes to this guy
The friends who always promised to have her back felt betrayed
because she said yes to a guy who had treated her the wrong way
I sat back didn't take sides thought maybe just maybe it would blow over
Little did i know it would get worse the fighting and the yelling grew louder
That cold rainy night she came with a bad attitude and wouldn't give it up
It was supposed to be a good night meeting new people
But to her it was all about revenge, or understanding
I didn't want it to end this Way but it did
She felt ignored she made it known, but it was all an act to get that understanding she needed
They felt embarrassed and upset from the words she spoke
But all they were doing was talking to the others
I sat back an watched how the strong untouchable friendship started to crumble
News years rolled around and all i wanted was all my friends there
They all came including the one who brought us together
It was rough but we got thought it and still had a good time
but that wasn't for long, she still needed that approval or understanding
which was never going to found
I put to choose between she who brought us together and the friends who would always have my back
I didn't choose for a long time till one night she didn't talk to me because i wanted to see my other friends
I was but to choose her and i didn't feel right doing it
The strong untouchable friendship had crumbled no longer existing
Just all the good memories in the past and never coming back
No i go to that one spot were this memory was started and the memories is sparked
No longer with the strong friendship but with just one of the friends in that group
Almost brought me to tears knowing it was all over
