Looking out the window

Looking out on to a horizon that is not my own
Everything is misconstrued into something like a ravines beast
Nothing can tame it
It is unwilling to change for the better
I see billion of untold stories
Of horror and tragedy
Something that is all to common in a world that holds no value
Value not meaning money
But understanding
To understand
Is something that can't be brought
But gained through experience
Experience comes by trial and error
The more mistakes the better
This is only true for the strong

If weak this is the beginning of your fall
And there is nothing but yourself to blame
You look to others for guidance
But give nothing in return
You pull from them all that can be taken
And turn it into something that hurts the soul
You beat it into submission
So that you can take advantage
Because the weakness in you wants to be strong
The weakness in you want to prevail in the end
And master all that is in life
The only thing stopping it
Is that it's inside you
And can't change
Unless unleashed
Into to the abyss
Of uncertainty and betrayal
