Because of you.

by Fantasy   Aug 20, 2008

***Thiis poem, has a lot to do with my life, so please just tell me what you think, and dont judge it in a rude manner. thankss.

We sit across from each other,
Locking eyes,
And exchanging looks.

It kills me inside,
To know I will never have someone who gave a damn,
Your my father figure,
Start acting like one,
You took the only other man I trusted,
And now,
Because of you,
I have no one.

You killed him and I know it.
Stop your pretending,
Your lies mean nothing now.

Your face is breaking,
And I can see the tears dwell inside.
How can I forgive you,
You were nothing to me.

You left me broken and shattered.
Your words don't mean anything to me.

Do you understand this?
When your free,
You are to stay away from me.

I get up and walk away,,
I can't see your face again,
Even though it haunts me at night.
Because of you, I can't smile to see my father,
Because of you, I'm alone in my quest.
Because of you, I dread waking up.
Because of you, I'm done pretending.

An very angry and almost agressive poem - Well the best poems comes from síncere feelings. I guess many teen's can recognise the feelings, the anger feels like tering one apart etc. - okay;-)
