Silent Suicide

by Lauren   Aug 20, 2008

Silent screams,
Inside her head,
Causes her to break.

Nothing seems,
To free her pain,
But the sweet release of the blade.

She walks around invisible,
She's numb and she can't feel,
She wonders if the hurt will stop and if she can heal.

A little longer,
It grows more tense,
Clods of confusion grow more dense.

Silently while the city sleeps
She takes a bottle of pills,
And silently she drifts away,
She took the final leap.
