A poem is a gateway,
an opening to a persons heart.

A poem is made up of thoughts,
all from the same mind.

A poem is written on paper,
or typed by a persons hands.

A poem can make you cry,
make you laugh,
make you mad.

A poem can be filled with sorrow,
filled with happiness or filled with hate.

A Poem can change your life,
or it cant.

A poem is what keeps me sane.
