Embracing Arms*

by Frederick Mayer   Aug 22, 2008

Disarming, charming Chinnamasta
She has many arms
"drinks the blood...full of sexual promise..."
Armful, armful of arms for the girdle
In one hand fingered
She holds a cutting instrument
All is right, She was rite
Everything will be alright now
No one meant no harm no
I never meant anybody any harm
Disarming, dismembering,
Amputation mutilation
Dancing alarmingly so
I can't touch anyone any way, now.

*Quotes from "Chinnamasta Stotra.

Inspired by Trisha Jones works and her
her sharing of ancient Irish legends.
