Down in Texas,
Is a girl with a big heart,
Always smiling through the pain,
Won't let anything break her, or fall apart,
When you talk to her,
She listens to your pain,
No matter what you tell her,
She won't shake her head in shame,
She's had her own problems in life,
But she always pushes it aside,
She wants you be your friend,
No matter the lies you hide,
I only met her so long ago,
Going out with my best friend,
And now that's gone,
But our friendship never ends,
I don't want to lose her,
So I am going to hold on tight,
And when I cry, I'll think of her,
Cause she tries to make everything right,
I love you sis,
And no one can compare,
And when you're hurting,
Look inside your heart, I'll always be there,
So now you've healed my pain,
Now it's my turn to help you,
When things get thick and thin,
I'll help you pull through.
