The masterpiece of Slit, slice, cut

by Tangible heartache   Aug 24, 2008

Slit, slit, slit,
All it takes is one swipe of the wrist,
Blood flowing down your arm feels so good,
Soon you will no longer exist,

Slice, slice, slice,
One cut in the right spot here,
And then you arm flows red,
Give into death, there's no fear,

Cut, cut, cut,
All it takes is a few tiny cuts, then more,
Your arms decorated with scars,
To cut the vein were your bloods stored,

Scars, scars, scars,
Your arm covered in red tiny souvenirs,
Sweet reminders of your gory pain,
Perfection of the arts of blood, taken so many years,

Blood, blood, blood,
There dripping from your arm,
Blood red tears falling onto the ground,
Caused by all this self-harm,

Cry, cry, cry,
Stay up and cry all night,
No reason to show it,
Keep it from everyone's sight,

Hide, hide, hide,
Behind bracelets and sleeves,
Where your memories lay,
Your own art of masterpiece,

Cut, slit, slice,
Whichever you want to call,
But remember that it will remind you,
What you did and the pain most of all,

Think, think, think,
Take some time,
And think about what you've done,
And an unforgettable crime.

_____________
I once did cut, but I no longer do [[thinks to a few good friends of mine]] and I kind of noticed the pain I was causing myself, and the pain I was causing my friends. So I took some thought into it, and well...came up with this poem!! I hope it helps some people, and that it makes them think how bad cutting is. I noticed, and I am glad for the three people who made me stop!!!

Thanks Guys! Love you!!
