Let the stones be thrown at daybreak,
To crack the darkened sky.
For light shall shine from the fractures
Of our actions; Illuminating faces.
Showing poverty in the face of man,
Where it was never seen before.
For the darkness has consumed our eyes,
Our vision it has corrupted; Blinding light.
In this billboard world it has censored us,
Leaving sadness in the slums to wither.
For now we shall see so clearly,
The world around our phones and laughter.
So watch as light shall rain upon the earth,
To eradicate the shadows from beneath our tears.
For the time has come for the age of poverty,
And to them we must pay for our actions.
