The Girl In The Box

by Spoken Silence   Aug 26, 2008

Plastic, who dances with one foot in the air.
To the same tune for eternity.

Doomed to dance once her box is open.
Protecter of her jewels who she keeps inside.

She hums silently as she moves,
To the same tune for all of eternity.

She asks how would you feel to dance?
To dance without a word just like clock work.

Yet no one hears her,
She asks again. Still no answer.

Box opens again,
And she dances.

Silently humming...
