Jagged Little Friend

by FindingHarmonyInYurCries   Aug 26, 2008

She knew that this was it,,
So she close and locked the door.
She saw her best friend,,
A jagged razor on the floor.

As she paced toward it,,
She smile – First time that day.
She smile because she hoped,,
That this cut would take all away.

All the pain and all the tears,,
That she had felt over the years.

They were to be put to an end,,
Thanks to her jagged little friend.

I like this one, out of all your poems on the site. It's truly sad, but it's also nice to feel like i'm not alone, although deep down I know I'm not. I can agree we write the same, as your words aren't forced either.

    Thanks again.
