Suffering for so long
It was hard for us to go on
It was like a life
With no one living it
So quiet and helpless
You sat everyday..
As if you were in no pain
All your family and memories
Wiped from your mind
We were still here
You just didn't know
It caused pain for us
Not being able to help
Watching you suffer
You didn't deserve it, no one does
You're in a happier place now
Body and mind at rest
Broke our hearts to see you go
Made us smile that you suffer no more !
