What I want in a person
Seems simple enough
But in todays world
Finding good qualities is tough

I want someone determined
But knows when to quit
Who wont lie to face
Or make me feel like shit

Someone I can trust
And will be there for me
Respects who I am
And knows when to leave me be

Honest, smart,
Loyal and caring
Someone who's safe
But at the same time daring

Extremely affectionate
Thats a huge plus
Because hugs and kisses
For me are a must

They can be random
But serious too
And know how to make me happy
When I'm feeling blue

Someone who can see
All my faults and not care
Who knows what I lack
And will still be there

To understand me
When I don't understand myself
And is able to read me
Like a book off a shelf

I need someone
Who needs me too
You never know
