When he though times were right
she blew them thoughts... out of sight
she just tells him lies to cover up
but he knows the truth no matter what
she seemed like she was the best
but then she made herself just like the rest
she took what she had and left it behind
and she took the path of another kind
her boyfriend treated her o so good
he gave her everything... everything he could
but that wasn't enough so she found another guy
and left him... but she still doesn't know why
he told her to not talk to her ex
but she did... and sent the wrong text
he got in on the other end
so instead of fighting with her.. he just left again
he didn't feel bad.. for it has happen before
so he was ready for it to be no more
there is more to this poem about how he truly feels inside
but this is all he has... at this moment... this moment in time
he feels that anger is not the right way to deal
so instead he sits alone to figure what's for real
she has locked him up more then before
cause now his heart is ooooo so sore
