Hemmorhage

by Beautiful Forever   Aug 31, 2008

Brush the sweetest scent into my senses,
Break the indestructible guard in my defenses,
Build a bridge over the flames in my heart,
Then find the blueprint to tear me apart,

Pull the strings until they shred,
Pick up the drops my heart has bled,
Peel off the armor surrounding my core,
Then instill a feeling that I adore,

Use the needle and thread to sew me shut,
Utilize the gauze to soften every cut,
Unwish the curse placed upon my name,
Then tell me that love is not a game,

Watch as my body absorbs this new feeling,
Wait until it creates an image more appealing,
Walk away before I have the chance to wake,
Now count the hours for this new love to break...
