Someone Always Stays Home

by Bugg   Sep 1, 2008

The bride's a skank,
The groom's a punk.
Look at her wallking!
I swear to you, she's drunk.

She shouldn't be wearing white
And I shouldn't be here.
That groom used to be mine.
I wish I could just disappear.

The vows are said,
The ring is placed on her hand
And here comes the music
From the 99 cent band.

She has no class,
Stealing my husband!
But she can have him!
He wasn't what I planned.

My God, she's such a joke.
And she's as fake as her tan.
Husband and wife go well together
She definitely deserves that man.

She's trying to talk to me
And my mind starts to roam.
Oh, at everyone wedding
Someone always stays home.

I thought this was a fun poem to read as it was something different since I have been absent from this site. A funny topic indeed, but I suppose if you think about it, it's more than likely true to a certain an extent. The poem was very easy to follow and read overall.

    Nice work.
