RIP Jon Beauliu

by Amanda   Sep 1, 2008

I remember the day as if it were yesterday.
A great day in the beginning,
A sad one at end.
The phone calls, the news.
The hopes it was all a lie.
All a dream.
How could it possibly be true.
To loose someone who meant so much to everyone.
Someone who had dedicated his life,
To the one who took it from all those who loved him.
He was different,
So special.
So loving.
So young.
He is in a better place now.
With the one he always talked about.
His greatest idol is now giving him a home.
The car so smashed,
Afraid to see his bright face,
As he layed so still in the casquet.
So pale, so quiet.
No one said a word,
As they looked at his still, cold body.
The room was filled with sarrow,
As those who loved him entered.
Friends, family, schoolmates.
The family so frail, so sad.
Grieving over their dead son,
Dead brother.
The friends so upset.
No more buddy,
No more Jonny.
He was the greatest.
The greatest friend, brother, and son.
