Across the Floor.

by Fantasy   Sep 1, 2008

"Untitled"
They say she is,
No face to regret,
No heart to break.

"Built of Stone"
They say he is,
No twinkle in eye,
No tear to cry.

At once,
Their hearts clash,
And into eternity they fall,
Hand in hand,
They prove you wrong,
For when morning comes,
The song will play.

Across the floor,
The poison lays,
Hand in hand,
No breath to breathe,
Only forever love to believe.

Absolutely amazing poem. Easily the best poem I've read from you. The flow was excellent, the concept was beautiful, and the word usage was astonishing. 5/5 for sure! Great work...

The images you conveyed was really well done but I think you left out some words in the first two stanzas it was better then the last. Keep trying you will get there Plot121
