The voice

It is the world strongest weapon
it is heard from distances
it saves life's every day
it is the voice

not only is it strong
but at the same time can be
the most beautiful thing on the planet

some think that is has the power to heal
if you ask me
i do think that it can

for when you hear it
your body quivers
your heart stops
and you take the time to hear every second of it

whats sad is that this is not being used as much as
it should be in the world
for it is being replaced by weapons
that actually kill loved ones near our hearts

so what am i going to tell you to do.....
sing, sing songs that not only make you feel good
but others as well

and better yet sing with others around you
and when you do this then tell me if you feel different
and if you don't
then you must not be singing enough
trust me i know from experience

for when you hear the voice of another
being played like a beautiful violin
your body becomes frozen like ice
and you cannot move

for you can only watch with interest
because you yourself did not know
that the human body could do
such a beautiful thing
