These words i may never say

by Aish   Sep 3, 2008

Your hand over my mouth,
You watch me struggle,
You savour and thrive on the taste of my fear.

My eyes wide in terror,
I try to twist away,
I know even if i screamed, no one would hear.

You press up against me,
I shudder and cry,
I sob and gasp-tear falls after tear.

I bite your hand,
You slap me hard,
Your cruel intentions are crystal clear.

I suffer in silence,
endure the pain,
I sink inside myself-want to disappear.

You finish the job,
I'm broken and bruised,
You lean in and whisper in my ear.

"I know who you are,
I know your friends"
You say with voice that stinks of beer.

I nod at the threat,
it doesnt need to be said,
if i talk-you'll hurt those that i hold dear.

I could speak of this night,
Could tell what you did,
But i wont, you've trapped me with utter fear.

A secret to my grave,
These words i may never say,
I must pretend nothing even happened here.

*not based on true story so dont worry-just wanted to clarify that*
