"I am trying for a weightless tomorrow."

And don't we all strive for tomorrow to be better then now...........very touching.Quite a poignant write if you will. I loved how you write about gifting people who matters, gifts so simple but from the heart. Definitely loved the
" jacket "part.........to gift someone you love warmth is more than one can actually ask for.Last stanza is what I love most..........to give the "core" to one self is no doubt rather lonely, but then again without it one can be lost forever. As long as the center still exist, I for one know all will be alright.....Wonderful write this one here...........deeply touching.Looking forward to reading more. And welcome to P&Q.

    Oh my.........
    so much here...esp...

"To yesterday, I leave my plans of a blissful future.
For the aching day before today,
    deserves to know that
I am trying for a weightless tomorrow..."
    Beautiful...
    Overall, quite moving and thought-provoking..
    the cadence, too, is inviting...

But.....I doubt that anyone who can say these things in the way you have here
could ever have an "artic tundra" of a heart...And also.....
Do you Really think you can leave your soul with anyone else?
I mean...who/what will go forth to your next life?
    I'm just sayin'..
