Swallowed by pain
As I slowly fell apart
Nothing to lose, nothing to gain
These past couple days I haven't been very smart

Choked by the air we breathe
As I fell in seethe
I want to believe, I want to have hope
I'm trying not to hang onto this tight rope

Send a message to the ones I've hurt
I've done things that i don't want to relive
A obstacle I've tried to avert
I've tried to move on, I've tried to forgive

I can't keep living in the past
I think I've found a way, at last
To rise up and take the fall
To finally tear down this dreadful wall

Say my name, say it loud and clear
For it will never be heard again
Tell me I'll make it, tell me we can adhere
I can overcome this pain

This person I see in the mirror
Is a nobody, what I want to see is not getting a nearer
But I'm focused on what I am after
