Broken like the glass
Broken by my past
How long these dreams will last
They all seem so fast
But happen long ago
What was thought I'd get over quick
Is burning oh so slow
If I only known, if I only knew
Not to open my heart
Cause you will stomp right through

    Ooohhhh a poem of heartbreak.. I remember writing these myself once.. We think we will get over something so fast but it takes us it feels like for ages.. but there is a good quote where i come from "Only a new love heals an old wound".. I don't know if it makes sense to you but it makes sense to me :) Good job!

    I agree with the comment above... I believe we have all felt this way at some point in our lives.. But still we should all have room for a happy ending in our hearts=)
