Death

by Andrew Smith Gamilla   Sep 6, 2008

It moves where no one expected it to be
Traversing both time and space
Cruising even the uncharted regions of the earth
No one knows when he will be at your side

Most people who experience his presence are kept silent
No one survives when you come across him
I am also afraid of his coming
But this I am sure, that my audience with him is unknown

Even those who are brilliant are frightened
when his name is mentioned
For a catastrophic trauma was implanted to all
When, how, and why are not his concerns
But on the single thought that your time will come

Death seems to shock everyone’s attention
However, his existence balances the course of life
For if not with him, we cannot distinguish God and His creations
That is why man is a being towards death
